Overall good work. My expectations were higher than what was initially delivered. Lots of mortar was left over some of the bricks and some areas of tuckpointing were missed. I expected a cleaner aesthetic finish. When our steps were put back, some of the red brick dust settled into the concrete mix that was used to re-adhere the steps.

Really happy with the work they did rebuilding the chimney. Got three quotes and Brickworks was by far the best number and the only group that came out with a drone to get a close up view. The masons that actually came to do the work were fantastic, high quality craftsmanship and made quick work of the project. Appreciated their attention to detail, they did a great job matching the brick to the existing historic bricks, made it look like it's always been there. They also made sure to do a thorough cleanup afterwards, including washing the walls of the house in the vicinity.

We contracted Brickworks for our chimney and wall repairs and couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish. Chris came out for the initial inspection and estimate. He was very professional, paying close attention to the work we were requesting, and clearly explained why our bricks became damaged over time and how they would be repaired. We greatly appreciated that he never used any high-pressure sales tactics, as other companies did, to try and get our immediate quote approval. He let the examples of Brickworks’ craftsmanship, along with the quote speak for itself. With everything being online, it allowed us to take our time to properly review the quote to ensure that all of our needs were being met. The office staff was equally professional and courteous in assisting us in approving the quote and getting the job scheduled. Prior to the work crew arriving, we received a notification along with a picture of the crew chief to let us know when they would be arriving. It was a great added line of communication. Bill and his team arrived as scheduled and we couldn’t have asked for a better crew. We did a complete walk through of the job to make sure Bill had the proper line-up of work prior to starting. As the project started, it was very clear to see that Bill and his crew worked very well together as a team and took great pride in their craftsmanship. They exceeded all of our expectations with their close attention to detail, quality and customer satisfaction. There is no doubt that we would use Brickworks again in the future, if needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
